Location: Office- Southeast London, Projects- London & Southeast.
Salary: £55k-£65k + Excellent Benefits

The Role for the Project Manager:
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead on a variety of schemes ranging from £1M to £30M, delivering projects from pre-contract through to completion. You'll play a key role in mentoring junior staff, managing project teams, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:
Manage construction projects across a diverse portfolio. Act as Employer's Agent, Contract Administrator, and lead Project Manager. Support business growth through client development and networking. Oversee and train junior team members, helping to shape future talent. Report directly to senior leadership.
What We're Looking from the Project Manager:
We're seeking a driven professional with proven experience in project management within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have: Accreditation: MRICS, FRICS, MAPM, or CHPP preferred (or 6+ years in the industry with Senior PM experience). Expertise in delivering public sector projects. Strong client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing and mentoring junior team members. A proactive, collaborative, and flexible approach to work. Full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential.
