Future Build Recruitment are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager for a Large Civil Engineering Contractor to lead a major infrastructure project in Suffolk. The ideal candidate will have experience managing £20 million+ projects and a proven track record with Tier 1 contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications. Oversee projects such as: Two park-and-ride facilities. A Section 278 access road connecting to the A12. A 50,000 sq ft car park. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to execute earthworks, paving, ducting, drainage, footways, and carriageways. Ensure effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently. Requirements:
Proven experience: Minimum £20 million+ project delivery experience. Industry background: Strong history of working with Tier 1 contractors. Technical expertise: Highways infrastructure, including earthworks, paving, drainage, ducting, footways, and carriageways. Experience in quality-driven project execution.
