Position: Senior Project Manager

Our client, a privately owned, leading global construction and consultancy firm, is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to work in a consultancy.
Role Overview: We are looking to meet with experienced Senior Project Managers with a previous background working on NEC contracts. Main aspects of this role would include upgrade works, refurbishment, and extensions of an existing building, as well as maintenance.
Essential Experience:
Knowledge of the NEC contract and its workings
Managing the construction programme
Ensuring that the project meets regulatory and client objectives while remaining within budget constraints
Excellent communication, people, and team management skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and mentor
You would need to pass SC clearance for this role.
