Senior Project Manager Are you seeking a new opportunity to join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor? A major Tier 1 Contractor known for delivering prestigious projects is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team on an exciting new project due to start in 2025. About the Role This large-scale industrial project features a substantial groundworks package with 500,000 Sqft of industrial space. As part of a collaborative team, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of this project. Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager Oversee all phases of the project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Lead a multidisciplinary team including Project Manager, Senior Site Manager, Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors. Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations. Monitor progress, financial and project milestones, reporting regularly to senior leadership. Requirements for the Senior Project Manager Must have previous experience in the Industrial and Logistics Sector. Proven track record of delivering construction projects ideally within a Tier 1 environment. CSCS card and 1st Aid and SMSTS certifications. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. A deep understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and project management best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
