Senior Project Manager
A great opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to join a fantastic build team in Essex. The successful candidate will support the business on a number of projects across various sectors which includes: Education, Healthcare, Leisure, Public Sector and more! Duties:
Overseeing all aspects of site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets Leading and motivating the site team to deliver exceptional results while maintaining a safe working environment Collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination Implementing rigorous quality control measures to ensure the highest construction standards are met Keeping a sharp eye on health and safety compliance, fostering a culture of safety on-site Providing reports and forecasts for the project Fulfilling contracts What are they looking for?
Significant experience in leading on projects GBP30m+ Experience from the pre-construction phase through to handover Experience of managing project budgets and programmes Good knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid Interested in the opportunity above?
