York / Hybrid working – with occasional travel to other sites as required 12 months Fixed Term Contract About the role JRHT have recently set their strategic objectives, which includes new directions for JRHT Care Services. The Care Strategy programme has recently been established to support meeting these objectives. The Senior Project Manager will project manage activity within the overall Care Strategy programme of work. You’ll lead the project team (comprising of workstream leads across several areas of the business) to support delivery of the project outcomes, as well as working closely with the programme manager, sponsor and key stakeholders to support and drive delivery. About you You’ll have experience in leading an effective project matrix team and supervising outputs, working across multiple workstreams to deliver outcomes. You will have significant project management experience and be confident in using various project tools and documentation, including reporting, planning, budget management and risk and issue identification and management. You’ll be comfortable working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to establish and build relationships quickly and support successful stakeholder management. Familiar with working in a change environment, you’ll be confident in managing feedback from residents, colleagues and stakeholders and ensuring communication is sensitive and appropriate.
