A rare and exciting opportunity exists for two individuals to join a development company, delivering high profile sports and leisure facilities.
The successful Project Managers will currently be working for a consultancy or client-side organisation. You will have experience of running multiple projects, ranging in value. You’ll also be able to lead, communicate at all levels, and work closely with the firm’s directors, as well as external consultants and contractors.
Due to the range of projects and flexible working options, the successful candidates will be based in
Manchester or

The person As the successful client-side Project Manager, you will: Have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or similar Possess at least five years’ experience, working within a development or consultancy arena Have experience of running private sector, commercial projects Be highly articulate and able to communicate at all levels Show ambition and drive This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager or Quantity Surveyor to expand upon their skills in a client-side role, with a competitive salary available based on your surveying background.
