The post holder will assist the Head of Capital in the effective operation of the Capital Planning section, leading the Board through the capital planning process and ensuring successful completion of projects. Responsibilities include: Acting as Project Manager for designated schemes, ensuring compliance with the Capital Investment Manual and Welsh Government guidance. Liaising with professional colleagues to ensure successful project completion within designated timeframes. Managing external design consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with procurement regulations. Providing technical input for Initial Project Proposals and business cases. Leading multi-disciplinary project teams and managing associated administrative functions. Person specification

Degree/HNC/HND or equivalent in an Estates/Construction-related discipline. Evidence of CPD & Member of a professional institution. Knowledge
