East Lothian Council is seeking a Senior Project Officer to take a lead role to deliver a number of elements of our digital transformation programme. This includes: Co-ordination in delivering the roll out of 365 function and developing the champion network across the organisation. Supporting the work of the digital pipeline prioritisation programme along with key stakeholders across the council and central teams including IT and the Transformation / Digital Team. Taking forward and developing an action plan aimed to increase the data maturity across the council with an initial focus on how data could be used to predict need with children before they reach a level of vulnerability that requires additional or targeted support. Relevant Qualifications: Degree level qualification or similar qualification and/or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills and competencies gained through relevant experience.
