Role Purpose: As a Senior/Project Planner, you will support project delivery through effective planning, scheduling, and controlling processes. Your role will include advising management, providing clear and actionable insights, and identifying risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage construction schedules in collaboration with project managers and contractors. Provide mentoring and guidance to junior planners. Review contracts to ensure all schedule and reporting requirements are met. Measure and track progress, efficiency, and performance throughout project lifecycles. Collaborate with commercial teams to align budgets and schedules. Identify and mitigate potential risks while ensuring high-quality delivery. Facilitate planning meetings and support teams with progress reports and performance improvement strategies.

What We're Looking For: A 3rd level qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or a strong technical/trade background. 5+ years' experience in project planning, with demonstrated ability to create and manage project plans. Proficiency in planning software (e.g., Microsoft Project, P6) and Microsoft Office tools. Strong time management, report writing, and communication skills.
