Our AtkinsRéalis Signalling Business provides whole life cycle solutions from scheme development to design, construction, commissioning, and asset management, and delivers some of our largest projects. Project Delivery is integral to winning and delivering our portfolio of projects and this includes functional leadership and the application of the standards for how we govern our projects. With this in mind, we are looking to recruit Senior Project Managers for openings we have in our Signalling Systems Business on multi-disciplinary rail bids & projects. You’ll have the opportunity to work within our key portfolios including on some of the largest multi-million-pound major bids & projects in the Transportation sector and increasingly collaborative programmes across markets. The Role:

We are looking to recruit Senior Project Managers to join our Signalling Business, delivering infrastructure projects and portfolios. The role offers the opportunity to manage the whole project life cycle with our experienced teams (in the UK and abroad) within our Signalling Business, the AtkinsRéalis Transportation division, and our trusted supply chain partners focusing on increasingly collaborative programmes across our market. You’ll have the opportunity to lead a team and use your proven team management and communication skills. How you motivate, mentor, and develop our people will be vital to achieve project management excellence. The role is UK wide and will involve being on site and working collaboratively with our clients. Client relations and stakeholder management, clear communicator. Commercial astuteness i.e. experience on leveraging commercial opportunities, change management (NEC4 contract experience would be helpful). Budget responsibility for multi-disciplinary projects, multi-million GBP. Experience of leading teams to implement built solutions. Able to be flexible on location as we work UK wide.
