Manage and coordinate the civil engineering aspects of the energy infrastructure project Collaborate closely with the COO, ensuring project objectives are met Oversee the deployment of resources and subcontractors as needed Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders Drive project timelines and milestones Skills/Must have:
5 years of experience in project management within civil engineering Experience with pipelines is highly desirable; however, a strong background in Tiefbau is a must Fluent in both German (B2) and English (B2) Proven ability to work independently and meet high standards of performance Flexibility to travel across Germany, with a preference for candidates near Greifswald Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits:
