Managing a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing Providing support to the clients to move home with as little stress as possible Following a probation period, stepping up to lead the Property Department to enable the existing Head to move into another role. What skills and attributes do you need?
Technical competence Good communication 6 to 8 years PQE Commitment to teamwork A developed network of contacts would be an advantage but not essential Dedication to excellent service This is a leadership role and therefore is mostly office based although there would be some flexibility to work from home when appropriate. Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent.
