An established leading UK Insurance claims management specialist who handles claims across a variety of sectors and is extremely technology-driven, is now seeking an experienced Loss Adjuster to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking specialist claims handling organization that is passionate about people, has a big team spirit, and wants to provide the best customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a small number of High Value Claims, mainly domestic, and some commercial property claims. Act as a mentor and technical lead for existing Adjusters with lower levels of Adjusting experience, focusing on improving the performance and quality of the adjusting team. Oversee the South East region. Carry out site visits and assessments to establish the cause and quantum of Insurance Property Claims. Obtain high quality of information by investigating, supported by site notes, photographs, witness statements, and any other relevant documentation. Make decisions regarding policy liability, quantum, subrogation, and risk management issues. Provide a high level of technical, quality, and customer service through exceptional communication between the various parties. About You:
Significant Property Claims Adjusting experience. Construction experience would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills with experience in verbal, written, and face-to-face interactions. Experienced in complaints handling. Industry qualification - CILA or CII qualified or working towards. Full clean driving license.
