The Role The role involves managing property portfolios, including rent collection, arrears recovery, and service charge administration. You will handle lease renewals, rent reviews, property inspections, and insurance administration, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. There will be regular liaison with clients, tenants, and contractors to organise repairs, maintenance, and ensure works are completed. You’ll need strong client management skills, a good understanding of legislation (e.g., L&T Act 1954), and the ability to lead initiatives confidently.
