What You'll Do
As the Senior Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of this landmark site. Your responsibilities will include: Compliance Management:
Ensuring the site adheres to all legal, health & safety, including compliance with the Building Safety Act. Financial Oversight:
Managing budgets, accounts, and client reporting with precision and transparency. Team Leadership:
Leading and supporting onsite staff to deliver exceptional service. Site Management:
Conducting regular inspections and managing maintenance, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Leaseholder Communication:
Managing relationships with leaseholders and overseeing the S20 process. Major Works and Defect Resolution:
Leading defect management and major works projects effectively. Operational Excellence:
Ensuring all property systems and back-office administration run seamlessly. About You
