Foster strong relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring a high level of service. Budget and Financial Management:
Manage property budgets and financials, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial goals. Skills & Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in shared ownership or similar settings. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in property management software and tools. In-depth knowledge of property regulations and standards.
