As a Senior Property Manager, you will be working on a niche complex development in South West. This is an opportunity to manage a single site, currently approx. 380 residential units. You will be based on site two days a week, allowing you to work closely with the wider Estate Management team. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn from the Senior Leadership team and has excellent communication skills and brilliant attention to detail to work with a leading client in the industry. This is a great opportunity to gain experience with a niche development. Key Responsibilities and Requirements: Experience directly managing an allocated portfolio of large developments, providing day-to-day property management service. Managed budgets and overall expenditure for developments, producing forecasts and reports. Expert in customer service, leading, engaging, and inspiring others. Always looking for opportunities to drive the performance of your portfolio and contribute to amazing results. Oversaw major works and carried out the Section 20 consultation process. Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and relevant leasehold legislation, providing advice consistently. Experience conducting site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to, with a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems. Experience building and establishing relationships with clients. IRPM associate/membership (or willing and able to obtain within first year of employment).
