Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Senior Property Manager to work with one of our Private Practice clients in Luton. What the job will be doing Lead and inspire the property management team, setting clear goals, direction, and expectations to ensure high performance across all aspects of property management. Mentor and guide property managers and staff, developing their skills and career paths while ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership regarding property management strategy, issues, and performance. Set clear standards for property maintenance and ensure that high standards are consistently met across all properties. Ensure that the property management function adheres to the company’s internal policies and procedures, while also staying current with industry changes and legal requirements. Lead in the resolution of any significant issues that arise, ensuring that the team is equipped to handle challenges efficiently and effectively. Provide clear and calm leadership in crisis situations (e.g. emergencies, disputes, significant maintenance issues), ensuring that business continuity is maintained and risks are minimized. What you will need Leadership and Vision : Essential strong leadership abilities. Desirable proven track record motivating teams toward delivery of high standards. Commercial Thinking : Ability to prioritise workflow and resources in accordance with business goals. Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships both internally and externally. Financial Acumen : The ability to make data-driven decisions to improve the performance of the property portfolio. Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex situations and resolve issues effectively. Customer-Focused : A commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients while balancing operational and financial goals.
