Senior Property Manager

taking a lead in the property management team in the day-to-day and ensuring all our administrative operations and processes perform smoothly. This person in this role is fundamental to making the business work; delivering world-class service doesn’t happen by accident. You will be working with our landlords, building and maintaining strong professional relationships. You will ensure all our systems are running efficiently and smoothly, and tenants are experiencing a great service from the property management department. You will deal with our in-house maintenance and development team, co-ordinating refurbishment works and dealing with our selected tradespeople to ensure all our properties are presented and maintained to the highest standard. You'll learn all about property law and compliance, ensuring the knowledge you have of property is second to none and our properties are all compliant. With your keen eye for detail, you will ensure all paperwork is completed properly and will make sure accuracy and excellence are a theme running through the entire team. You will speak to clients regularly, supporting them with the administration of their properties and portfolios. You will need 2 years experience in property management. You will need to drive. Mentoring and support from the management team and directors are offered daily. ABOUT YOU
