Senior Property Manager – Core Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service to both tenants and landlords, ensuring satisfaction and smooth operations. Organise and complete pre-tenancy inspections, as well as routine annual property assessments. Manage and supervise refurbishment works as required, ensuring timely completion and high standards. Offer a full range of property management services, key focus on maintenance delivery. Senior Property Manager – Profile: Extensive experience as an AST Property Manager, with managing or exposure to PCL a must. ARLA qualified – ideally. Proven track record on delivering on service, priding yourself on building strong relationships with your clients. Experience in dealing with complex maintenance situations, and you are able to have difficult conversations.
