residential property transactions
in their Bristol office. This is a fantastic Property Paralegal opportunity that will involve duties such as: Site Set-Up:
Assisting with preparing sites for disposal matters connected with large-scale residential developments. Legal Documentation:
Handling deeds of easements, wayleaves, infrastructure agreements (e.g. Section 38 and Section 104 agreements), substation transfers, transfers of land, deeds of covenant etc. Asset Management:
Managing asset issues related to large-scale residential development schemes, including leases, licences, transfers, and deeds of variation. Comprehensive Support:
