Location: Enfield, Middlesex An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Proposals Coordinator to join our Work Winning team. The Senior Proposals Coordinator will be responsible for drafting quality proposal documentation such as EOIs, RFIs, PQQs, and ITTs. They will also be responsible for administrative tasks relating to proposal submissions and assisting the wider Preconstruction team. Key Accountabilities include: Support with drafting detailed bids, including the gathering of necessary data from proposal contributors such as Estimators, Planners, Preconstruction Managers, and wider teams. Support the creation of bid documents related to kick-offs and settlements. Proofing and editing colleagues' bid response documents, ensuring each document contains information required to create a successful, winning bid. Maintain and administer a library of reusable written content, templates, and processes to maintain efficiency across submissions. Supporting post-bid activities such as presentation creation and information logging. Assist in the monitoring and logging of opportunities through procurement portals. Undertake other administrative duties which may contribute to supporting the wider office team and its directors. Experience/Knowledge: Experience of working within a bid team. Experience in drafting, reviewing, and submitting proposal responses. Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams. Ideally degree qualified in a relevant subject, such as Marketing and/or English. APMP Certification is preferred but not essential. Experience of working with bid submission and procurement portals. Construction industry experience, preferably Civil Engineering. Adobe editing experience. Skills: As a Senior Proposals Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the preconstruction phase of potential projects. This includes supporting the wider bid team in preparing and submitting competitive tenders for construction opportunities. You will have proven: Effective communication and organisational skills. Excellent writing and grammar skills with the ability to prioritise. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Ability to manage multiple tasks. Relationship building skills.
