Senior Proposition Manager
We're looking for a Proposition Developer-Manager for a unique opportunity to create market leading Energy Solutions.

Proposition & Innovation Expertise:
Proven ability to translate insights into customer-focused, commercially successful propositions across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C markets.
Lifecycle Management:
Skilled in monitoring product performance and driving continuous improvement throughout the product-proposition lifecycle.
Commercial Acumen:
Experienced in developing business cases aligned with targets like revenue, margin, and customer impact.
Strategic & Cultural Alignment:
Role model and advocate for corporate strategy, fostering collaboration and shared direction.
Analytical Skills:
Highly numerate with a strong ability to combine market data, financial metrics, and customer insights for decision-making.
Stakeholder Management:
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills to align cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Go-to-Market.

Continually (re)assess the Residential and Small-business energy supply marketplaces to have deep knowledge of customers' needs and demographic-technological impact factors.
Curious and knowledgeable about innovation-disruption in the energy industry and other consumer marketplaces. Open-minded and making connections others don't see.
Creator of compelling concept visions that absolutely nail the true customer need.
Identify, incubate and embed insight-based concept features & business cases that deliver what our customers need now and in the future, driving business revenue growth throughout the proposition lifecycle.
Bravely and boldly re-ask "how might we?" and inspire others to do the same.
It would be great if you had: Ability to find and build influential relationships and partnerships with peers and senior leaders in customer-facing functions such as Go-to-Market, Customer Service Operations, IT, Data, and wider E.On proposition teams and suppliers.
Help shape proposition sales channel strategies to make sure customers realize we will meet their needs better than anyone else.
Marshall changes to maintain alignment of touchpoints to customer needs and wants, achieving a seamless, simple and convenient journey for our customers.

Fixed term contract for 12 months.
We'll have regular team socials and a corporate Deliveroo account for when the need arises.
Competitive salary.
Location - Flexible - London, Bolton, Nottingham or Leicester with travel to other sites when needed.
Working environment: Flexible hybrid working - a blend of in the office for 2-3 days a week and at home the remainder.
