For more information on this role, please see the attached support information. This will give you a better overview of the job role and requirements. You will have experience working with common mental health problems and be able to provide initial assessments of client needs, including risk assessment. You will deliver a range of evidence-based, high-volume, low-intensity psychological interventions based on a self-management model. The range of interventions will include both individual and group work, and candidates must be confident and competent in delivering interventions using a variety of communication mediums such as telephone work, e-consultation, and face-to-face activities. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work on your own initiative as well as within a team. You must also be willing to travel among a variety of venues within the service.
