What You'll Do: Lead and support our Clinical Team, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic care for vulnerable children. Provide clinical supervision and support, helping our team grow professionally and deliver exceptional results. Take on a small caseload, delivering trauma-informed therapy and interventions. Be a key player in the development and delivery of training to staff, sharing your expertise and helping others thrive. You’ll be an expert in trauma-informed care. Skills: Strong knowledge in safeguarding, risk assessment, and therapy frameworks. Great communication skills and ability to work flexibly. Qualifications: Masters-level qualification and registered with BACP/UKCP/HCPC. Personal qualities: Empathy, resilience, and adaptability are key!
