Take the next step in your career and apply today! Role Objectives: The Senior Purchasing Specialist is responsible for sourcing and procuring medicine worldwide to meet customer demand. Receive RFQs/RFPs from Business Development and Account Specialists, sourcing the required products Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing for products Research and engage with new suppliers to expand WEP’s sourcing network Generate purchase orders (POs) and coordinate shipments for clinical trial supplies and R&D Source and purchase products for local and international hospitals, Advocacy Requests, and Clinical Trial Supply Collaborate with R&D/Clinical Trial Supply group to support Wren Healthcare services Work with MHRA, HPRA, and Home Office for product approvals and import/export licenses Support the Project Management team in setting up new projects, suppliers, and products Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP guidelines and update SOPs as necessary, including supplier onboarding Manage logistics, supplier invoices, warehouse activities, and resolve queries in daily operations What You'll Need:

Experience in purchasing within the Pharmaceuticals and/or Medical fields Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Pharmaceutical, Finance, or equivalent work experience Strong analytical skills with a focus on data management Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail Minimum of 5 years of sourcing and procurement experience Fluency in additional languages is preferred What sets us apart: WEP Clinical partners with sponsors to help patients and physicians gain early access to medicines when no other treatment options are available.
