This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our cutting-edge technology greenfield programs here at WTW where you will be a pivotal member in one of our teams developing the next generation of solutions for the insurance industry. You will work alongside other engineers as part of a close-knit agile development team to ensure our products meet high quality standards.

The Role: Ownership of test strategies for features or whole applications Collaborate with the product stakeholders and developers to define User Stories Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and achieve high levels of test automation Develop and execute functional and non-functional tests from unit to whole system and UX – manual and automated Investigate new tools and techniques, share best practices with other teams Qualifications

The Responsibilities:

Extensive experience working in software quality assurance roles or comparable Experience in taking ownership of a particular area of software quality assurance for either a product or a team function Strong UI and ideally API test automation experience with at least one of the following development languages: C# Experience working in a “shift-left” culture and CI/CD; ownership / evangelism would be an advantage Performance testing experience would be ideal; experience with Azure Load Test and JMeter would be a strong advantage Experience of data analysis using system monitoring / aggregation tools would be advantageous Equal Opportunity Employer At WTW, we believe difference makes us stronger.
