Quality Assurance

department is the heart of our operation, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of Good Manufacturing Practices. As we expand, we are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Senior Quality Assurance Officer to join our elite team. Key Responsibilities To actively follow and promote relevant Standards, Policies and Procedures as well as Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). To handle office and clean room-based activities such as: deviations, complaints, change control, controlled drug requirements, NAV amendments, Bone Fide checks. To develop product dossiers for unlicensed products. To review batch made specials and licensed product documentation prior to QP certification. To advise on GMP requirements during the batch made specials and licensed product process. To undertake project work as agreed with the Quality Director. Support departments with the raising and execution of quality documents i.e. unplanned incidents, change requests, CAPA, procedural documents, complaints, master batch records, etc. Participate in and review all types of investigations, Root Cause Analysis and Quality Risk Management. Assist with any product recalls. To assist with the preparation and execution of regulatory and customer audits. Assist as SME in regulatory agency inspections. To undertake project work, as part of a multifunctional team. Skills and Attributes Required Scientific degree is highly desired, or a person should have demonstrable good experience in pharmaceutical company or GMP environment. Demonstrable track record of skills and experience in Quality Assurance department or in position of similar level. Good understanding of pharmaceutical market especially Unlicensed Products. Wide knowledge of products and processes related to manufacturing of specials. Good leadership, communication, and time management skills. Good decision-making, self-introspective and analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Good problem-solving skill, commercially astute and excellent project management skills. Ability to cope with pressure and change and can do’ attitude. Ability to work in fast paced environment and ability to work in multi-cultural working environment. Excellent attention to details and troubleshooting skills.
