For the role of

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer , we’re looking for someone with a curious mindset, a proactive approach, and can demonstrate the following: Several years experience in QA roles Experience with automated testing frameworks or tools High attention to detail and a strategic mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A clear, concise, and influential communicator Passionate about quality assurance and improving processes French language skills would be a bonus Experience within the Intellectual Property sector (desirable) Are you wondering what life at an informal, agile tech company might be like? As

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer,

you’ll be

leading our QA team, responsible for testing our industry-leading

product suite. You will have line management responsibilities for two QA engineers

within the team and will collaborate closely with our development and product

management teams . As

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer , your role will include:

Lead the creation and management of comprehensive test strategies and plans

for both manual and automated testing Develop and execute acceptance tests, ensuring clear criteria for successful

implementation Drive QA processes by setting and maintaining high standards for quality,

efficiency, and continuous improvement Collaborate in reviewing and refining development proposals to align with QA

best practices Identify opportunities for improvement within the development and QA process Line manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and

quality-driven environment The salary for this role is

£40,000 to £45,000

per year, depending on experience. How we’ll support you:
