Respond to both external and internal customer queries. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Be comfortable with computer systems and take photographs of stock. Generate and maintain appropriate quality documentation. Assess and test incoming fresh produce. Ensure procedures are followed by all personnel and visitors to the site. Ensure equipment is operational and relevant checks are made and maintained. Contact relevant contractors to resolve issues when problems arise. Ensure company policies are adhered to and administration functions are completed within deadlines. Maintain accurate records in line with customer/company requirements. Promote harmonious and effective working relationships internally and externally. Ensure excellent customer service through effective communication and teamwork. Skills Required:
Experience in grapes or fresh produce is essential. Experience in the fresh produce industry (packing lines/warehouse). Experience in Quality Control and HACCP trained. Technically capable and IT literate with competencies in operating/understanding spreadsheets. Great communication skills and ability to build rapport with colleagues at all levels. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise. React positively and flexibly to changing needs in the working environment. Flexible approach to duties and hours of work. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to prioritise and make decisions under pressure. Desired Knowledge:
Knowledge of Rubicon or Prophet is desired.
