• A leading manufacturing business in Cornwall is looking to appoint a hands-on Senior Quality Engineer to support continued growth across its operations.
• This is a highly visible, hands-on position where you’ll work closely with manufacturing, engineering and operational teams to drive quality standards across the site.
• Supporting internal and external audits.
• Supporting process improvement and quality performance metrics.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis experience.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as CAPA, 8D, FMEA, PPAP or SPC.
• Experience working to ISO standards.

Confirmed role details

• £57,000 – £60,000 + 10% Bonus + £8,000.
