About the role Join our Quality team, based across our Eastbourne and Brighton manufacturing facilities, where you'll lead the quality team, ensuring product excellence and driving continuous improvement. Lead and develop the Quality team through coaching, quarterly appraisals, and personal development plans. Maintain and audit our Integrated Management Systems (IMS and LMS) for ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO17025 compliance. Manage internal and supplier corrective actions, leading 8D reports to drive quality improvements. Support the Quality Manager where required, overseeing quality-related activities and standards. Resolve significant product quality issues by leading cross-functional investigations. Support LEAN practices to minimise waste, improve processes, and maximize value. Promote environmental sustainability by enhancing resource efficiency and recycling initiatives. Collaborate on New Product Introduction, conducting quality reviews and risk assessments. Lead Root Cause Analysis sessions and provide training to enhance problem-solving skills. What are we looking for? Extensive experience in a Manufacturing Quality role within Electro-mechanical products. Experience and training to conduct internal quality audits.
