Our client is a well–established electronics manufacturer that is going through a period of growth. Seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer with exposure to electronics manufacturing to join their team. The Role Lead the quality direction, ensuring that strategies reflect both current needs and future ambitions. Develop and communicate a clear vision for quality that aligns with the organisation's goals and customer expectations. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by championing innovative solutions, challenging the status quo, and embedding best practices at all levels of the business. Promote a culture of accountability, where quality and constant development are shared responsibilities across the organisation. Take a proactive, hands–on role in identifying, implementing, and executing quality improvements. Leverage data analytics tools to create automated systems that reduce manual effort and improve decision–making. Translate data insights into actionable improvements that directly enhance production quality and operational efficiency. Maintain and strengthen adherence to regulatory requirements, including ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and any other relevant certifications. Lead internal and external audits, achieving zero major non–conformities and upholding regulatory integrity. Drive initiatives to continuously refine processes and enhance product quality in line with evolving customer and market demands. Act as a key point of contact for quality–related matters, providing practical support to customers and suppliers to address challenges and enhance outcomes. Strengthen relationships across the supply chain, ensuring consistent quality from sourcing to final product delivery. The Candidate Engineering qualifications preferred Strong quality engineering experience within manufacturing Experience working within electronics manufacturing Expertise in ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 with a proven track record of maintaining and achieving certifications The Package Offering up to GBP50,000 per annum plus benefits
