The Role
We're looking for a Senior Quality Officer to join their team and support the continued success of a bigger group. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the business.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can lead audits, optimize processes, and champion quality standards. You'll work closely with stakeholders to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification (essential). Experience:
Proven track record in quality management, compliance, and ISO 9001:2015 implementation and auditing. Skills:
Strong communication, strategic thinking, advanced IT proficiency, and leadership capabilities. Additional:
UK driving license and willingness to travel nationwide.
Salary Package:

Design and deliver quality management training for staff at all levels. Customer Resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer complaints, producing detailed reports and driving service improvements.
