The Company: Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new role/challenge? Are you looking to reduce your daily commute? Our client operates on a regional basis, no further than 1 hour from Oxford. They are a well-established Main Contractor with a regional office located in Oxfordshire. They currently enjoy a turnover of c£200 million and operate within a variety of sectors including Leisure, Commercial, Multi-room, Industrial Warehouse, and Framework, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature.

About You:
Experience of commercially & contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £10 million. Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Reside within commutable distance of Oxford. Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
