£55,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance and Excellent Benefits Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a role that offers both job security and career progression? As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing the full commercial management of large subcontract packages on a major infrastructure project. You'll lead from the front, working closely with the project team, clients, and subcontractors, managing everything from contract negotiations to cost forecasting, all while optimizing project outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing all commercial aspects of projects, from contract administration to final accounts. Leading the preparation and submission of applications, valuations, and financial reports. Conducting risk assessments and cost control to ensure profitability and compliance. Overseeing supply chain contract management, from preparation to close-out. Providing strategic advice to clients and project teams, ensuring the best commercial outcomes. Working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project delivery. Maintaining thorough records and issuing timely, accurate contractual notices and correspondence. What's on Offer:

Starting salary of £60,000 to £70,000 plus company car, pension, healthcare, 25 days annual leave and regularly pay reviews. What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a senior commercial role within the construction industry. Demonstrable financial and commercial acumen. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience in contract management, cost control, and risk analysis. Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems innovatively. Knowledge of the NEC contract and previous heavy civil engineering and/or infrastructure experience. A proactive and collaborative approach to teamworking.
