Weybridge Area Contract:
Full Time, Permanent. Ask us about other flexible options. What will you be responsible for? Ensure compliance with the project's procurement strategy, including subcontract inquiries and tender reviews. Manage valuations, project cashflows, and turnover forecasts, including monthly cost reports and progress records. Provide legal and contractual advice on orders and changes, handling notices and subcontractor administration. Drive commercial initiatives, producing margin improvement plans and supporting team members in maximizing opportunities. Lead and manage junior staff, ensuring workload targets, deadlines, and commercial tasks are met and updated monthly. What are we looking for? Prior experience working in a Commercial role for a contractor, ideally with MEP exposure. Experience with a variety of contract forms. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
