What You'll Do: As our Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll spearhead the commercial aspects of mixed tenure developments, ensuring the successful delivery of major housing schemes. Your responsibilities will include optimizing contract profitability, managing cash flow, and overseeing subcontract procurement. You'll play a pivotal role in risk management, compliance, and dispute resolution while providing valuable input on cost engineering and project strategy.
