About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to drive accurate financial reporting and provide effective contractual control for all allocated contracts. You will be involved in costing activities, measuring completed works, and managing interim and final accounts for specific sections of the project. Ideally, you will have experience with two-stage projects and managing projects within the £5 to £40 million range in the main contracting market.

Responsibilities:

Provide accurate financial reporting and commercial control on allocated contracts. Manage costing activities and measure completed works for interim and final accounts. Produce necessary site records for cost reporting, materials received, and period cost reporting. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and best practices in all project phases.

About You:

Experience of running your own projects as Lead Quantity Surveyor. A solid understanding of construction techniques, with a BSc or HND (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or a related subject. RICS Membership. Strong experience in producing site records for financial reporting and interim/final account payments. Proficiency in relevant systems and software. A full UK driving licence is essential.
