You will be responsible for managing costs across multiple projects, ensuring each is profitable. The projects that you will be involved in will be working on NEC contracts within waste water & clean water, with all the works being high volume, low cost work.

About the requirements:
You are required to have a good standard of education preferably to Foundation Degree level (HND, HNC or equivalent qualification) in either Construction, Civils, Commercial management or Quantity Surveying.
To be considered for this position, you should have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within Civil Engineering for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 company. Your work history should be stable; ideally you should have worked at your previous companies for a number of years.
The role is a permanent position. No freelancers can be considered.
A UK driving license is mandatory for this role.
