Our client, a Tier one contractor, is looking for a Group Quantity Surveyor in their office outside Sevenoaks just off the M26, working on D&B, Aggregates, Infrastructure, Utilities, and highways projects. This opportunity will compensate the most successful candidate with a friendly team environment, flexibility on hours, life insurance, and a salary up to £70,000 for the right candidate. The Quantity Surveyor will be involved in tendering, cost planning, measurement, valuation, contract administration, final accounts, and maximizing the group's contracts.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Requirements A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field would be ideal 10 years' + experience in civil engineering/utilities/construction as a quantity surveyor Excellent knowledge of civil engineering contracts Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cost estimating software UK Driving Licence
