CAREER OPPORTUNITY
- SALARY UP TO £85K, YORKSHIRE BASED, SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR, MULTIPLE PROJECTS, CAREER PROGRESSION.
An opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to join a Yorkshire based Residential Groundworks Business on their commercial team. The client has had continual growth and is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business.
Duties:
Optimising contract profitability Provide quotations to clients for variations Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks Accurate monthly cost and value reports Regular site visits throughout Yorkshire sites All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity Surveyor
Requirements: Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks Time management skills and meeting deadlines Experience in value engineering Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Remuneration: Up to £85,000 Car allowance Paid Holidays Pension Scheme
