Job Description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning developer based in North Essex. Specialising in high-end new build and heritage projects, this company is renowned for delivering exceptional quality in the residential sector. They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team and play a key role in managing the financial aspects of prestigious developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Take a lead role in managing cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting for multiple projects, from pre-construction to final account. Oversee the procurement process and manage subcontractor relationships. Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget by monitoring costs and progress. Provide contract administration support, including managing variations, claims, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Work closely with the project team to identify and resolve issues relating to cost control and contract performance. Mentor and support junior members of the commercial team. Assist with the preparation and submission of tender documents. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and maintain accurate records of costs and financial data. Qualifications:

Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Chartered status (RICS) is desirable but not essential. Benefits:
