Up to around £88k + Car and Package Our client, a leading Contractor, is looking to grow their dynamic team with a Senior Surveyor to take a pivotal role in their business. As the Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for overall commercial strategies, managing commercial functions, and overseeing contract reporting. You will have 2 stage project experience within the DFE or Healthcare sector. Ideally, you will have management experience. Working on Projects Value from £10m - £30m Responsibilities: Lead your own projects' commercials, ensuring compliance with all contract obligations Develop and implement internal and external tender stages and delivery strategies Agree on external valuations upstream/downstream to maintain positive project cash flow Experience with managing and leading a team of Quantity Surveyors What's in it for you?
