Constructive Moves is working on behalf of a leading residential developer that has just been awarded planning on a major new scheme of over 240 units of a RC Frame residential development. Therefore, we are looking to source a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Commercial Team.
For this role, you will mainly be site-based in Brighton and will be the lead Senior Quantity Surveyor on site. You should be able to run your own packages of work, which you would have tendered, agreed, and managed previously. You will be dealing with all the valuations and variations for the agreed sub-contractor packages you will be managing.
You should hold a minimum qualification of HNC in construction. In the longer term, there will be the opportunity to move on to other schemes after the completion of this 3-year project.
