The Role:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor in their Bristol office, you will collaborate with a skilled team on a range of projects, from large commercial ventures to heritage regeneration schemes. You will manage the full project lifecycle, from procurement and design to delivery and post-contract duties. This client-facing role will leverage your expertise and communication skills to provide professional advice and build strong relationships. Key Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience Ideally MRICS/CIOB qualified or working towards APC Experience in both professional and project-based work Expertise in new build and refurbishment projects across various sectors Strong skills in program, cost, and procurement advice Ability to manage multi-disciplinary consultant teams Knowledge of building technology, compliance, and defect diagnosis What's In It For You?
