The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial aspects of the project, ensuring successful delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading on two-stage projects and managing your own projects individually. Overseeing projects ranging from £50m-£70m, particularly within mixed-use and life sciences sectors. PCSA experience is essential for this role. Managing a team of assistant/quantity surveyors on large contracts. Utilizing your understanding of construction techniques to contribute to project success. Ensuring compliance with company management systems, including commercial and financial tools (e.g., Commercial Manager, COINS, Sphere).
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Significant experience in the main contracting market with a proven track record in delivering complex projects. A HNC/Degree in Commercial Management or a similar sector-related qualification, and/or RICS Membership. A collaborative mindset and passion for delivering exceptional results. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support your team effectively.
