Senior Quantity Surveyor , you will demonstrate high levels of technical capability, sound commercial knowledge, and a deep understanding of the key drivers of cost and value. Your role will involve capturing and sharing knowledge while driving innovation in service. Successful candidates will find excellent opportunities for career progression, national travel, and exposure to cross-sector experience. Key Responsibilities: Deliver value for money in all circumstances. Assist in coaching and developing Assistant level staff in service excellence. Deliver accurate and timely work outputs. Utilize and embed best practice tools and processes, including technology, to support delivery. Interpret client briefs and convert them into actionable delivery plans. Take ownership of small, medium, and large-sized projects. Ensure compliance with business risk and project delivery parameters. Develop service improvement and innovation. £55,000 - £70,000 Pension Scheme:

Join the Workplace Pension Scheme with contributions negotiable up to 6%. Generous Holidays:

Requirements: Full clean UK Drivers Licence Degree level education or equivalent experience MRICS/MCIOB qualified Flexibility in working hours and travel Proven experience in delivering medium to large projects (£5m to £50m+), ideally with experience in Hotel and Leisure sectors. Excellent pre and post contract technical cost and commercial management skills. Strong written and oral communication skills.
