to join a leading firm based near London Bridge, delivering exceptional design, planning, and full project management services across London.
About the Company Our client is a renowned commercial construction specialist with a proven track record in
fit-outs, refurbishments, small works, and large-scale commercial projects . They pride themselves on delivering projects that range from 2M to 4M with precision and excellence.
The Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be: Overseeing
two projects simultaneously , ensuring commercial performance aligns with company standards. Collaborating with
Commercial Managers
to maintain profitability and meet client expectations. Managing cost planning, procurement, valuations, and contract administration. Ensuring projects are delivered on budget while maintaining quality and compliance.
What We're Looking For 6+ years of Quantity Surveying experience , ideally within a main contractor environment. Proven expertise in managing commercial projects ranging from 2M to 4M. Having structural refurbishment experience would be a bonus. A
proactive and professional attitude , with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results.
